STRENGTH & ENDURANCE EXERCISE is held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Grab some weights, resistance bands or use your body weight. Weight training not only builds strength but increases bone density, motivation, self-confidence, better sleep, better balance and can help with degenerative diseases. Endurance will strengthen muscle function, improve mobility, bone joints and help increase metabolism. Move Stronger for Balance & Flexibility is held Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Build muscle strength and capacity while enhancing balance and mobility. Improve posture and body toning with low impact and balance exercise. Weights will be available for those who prefer more strength building exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications always adaptable.
