Fitness, Flexibility & Balance Classes: Tuesday & Thursday, 1:30pm

For STRENGTH & ENDURANCE TRAINING, held Monday, Wednesday and Friday, grab some weights, resistance bands or use your body weight. Weight training not only builds strength but increases bone density, motivation, self-confidence, better sleep, better balance and can help with degenerative diseases. Endurance will strengthen muscle function, improve mobility, bone joints and help increase metabolism. $3 Suggested Donation for in-person class. Come and improve both your aerobic capacity and muscle strength while enhancing mobility at our FITNESS, FLEXIBILITY & BALANCE CLASS. Your workout will include warm-up stretching, low-impact strength training and balance exercises. Weights will be available for those who prefer more strength building exercise.
