Tai Chi is a slow moving, fluid exercise that helps with balance, coordination, movement, agility and mindfulness. This style of exercise is particularly good for those suffering from arthritis or joint stiffness. On-site Tai Chi class on Tuesdays has been suspended due to the rise in CoVid cases. We will resume on-site Tai Chi when safe!
