Home Delivered Meals
A hot meal delivered daily, Monday-Friday for older adults that are homebound for 72 hours or more. Senior Services Associates, Inc. provides assessment and application, Community Nutrition Network provides the meal delivered by volunteers. Seeks to improve the quality of life, maintain independence and provide nutritionally balanced meals to seniors (age 60+) who may not be able to: leave their home; afford or buy groceries; or cook for themselves. In Kendall or Kane County call Senior Services to be assessed and registered for this program.

Distributions are the 2nd and the 4th Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The store is a food pantry that provides free food to anyone in need.
Cornerstone Church Food Pantry

Distributions are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Food pantry serving residents of Sandwich, Plano, Somonauk and Sheridan. Must bring utility bill or other proof of residence.
