Grab some weights, resistance bands or use your body weight. Weight training not only builds strength but increases bone density, motivation, self-confidence, better sleep, better balance and can help with degenerative diseases. Endurance will strengthen muscle function, improve mobility, bone joints and help increase metabolism. Call 630-554-5602 to join in-person. There is a $3 Suggested Donation for in-person class. An OSCC representative will accept Cash or Check Donations prior to entering class.
