Lighthouse Day Respite Program
Monday -Thursday: 9:00am-1:00pm
Applications are now available for our Lighthouse Day Respite program at OSCC. Lighthouse is a social Model program for participants experiencing mild to moderate memory loss, but who can interact, use the restroom and eat without physical assistance. In this program, participants can gain social interaction, explore continued interests and improve their quality of life. While participants engage with peers, caregivers will have an opportunity for respite. Schedule an appointment today to learn more about the program. Lighthouse over-sight is directed by Wally Hamlin, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Cindy Vey, LCPC. Participants must be 60 years old or older to participate in this private pay program, the cost is $60/day. There will be a choice of available days with advance registration. Participants must register and go through an intake process prior to starting the program. There is a $40 application fee which is due at time of intake.
