Tuesdays and Thursdays: 1:30 and 2:30pm

Come and improve both your aerobic capacity and muscle strength while enhancing mobility. Your workout will include warm-up stretching, low-impact strength training and balance exercises. Weights will be available for those who prefer more strength building exercise. All exercises can be adaptable to your comfort level. $3 Suggested Donation. Call 630-554-5602.
