Exercise

The Oswego Senior Center is pleased to sponsor ongoing, weekly exercise classes to seniors 60 years and older.

Monthly Yoga or Tai Chi classes only can be purchased online. One day class and monthly passes can be purchased at the Reception Desk.

Gentle Yoga

  • Tuesdays 11:00am-12:00pm
  • Fridays 11:30am-12:30pm

Tai Chi

  • Wednesdays 12:30-1:15pm
  • Fridays 10:30-11:15am
Fee Schedule for Gentle Yoga & Tai Chi as follows:

  • $3 per class
  • $15 per month pass for Yoga
  • $15 per month pass for Tai Chi
  • $25 per month pass for both classes
