The Oswego Senior Center is pleased to sponsor ongoing, weekly exercise classes to seniors 60 years and older.

  • Wednesdays & Fridays 9 – 9:45 am
Line Dancing with Mary Love

  • Fridays 9:30-10:30am
    $1 instructors fee
Gentle Yoga

  • Tuesdays 11:00am-12:00pm
  • Fridays 11:30am-12:30pm

Tai Chi

  • Wednesdays 12:30-1:15pm
  • Fridays 10:30-11:15am
Chair Exercise

  • Mondays 9am
  • Thursdays 9am

Fee Schedule for Gentle Yoga & Tai Chi as follows:

  • $3 per class
  • $15 per month pass for Yoga
  • $15 per month pass for Tai Chi
  • $25 per month pass for both classes

One day class and monthly passes can be purchased at the Reception Desk.
