Caregiving can be exhausting. The following programs are available for caregivers.

Caregiver Education Series

Respite – Taking a Break and Knowing Your Loved One is Safe
Tuesday, June 20: 11am – 1pm

Learn the available means for getting respite in this area, including overnight at a care facility and in-home respite with the help of caregivers. Also learn about available programs that subsidize respite services. Additionally, learn about resources for in-home health, medication management, senior companion and other valuable resources that can ease caregiving responsibilities. Event takes place at the Oswego Senior Center, 156 E. Washington Street.

Light lunch will be served.

Caregiver Support Group

Friday, June 16: 10-11am

Many times we find ourselves in caregiver roles. Finding support among peers is a great opportunity to find resources and camaraderie in what can be a difficult life experience. The group will be facilitated by Keith Bielema of Kendall County Health Department.
